Player Code of Conduct​

AK code of conduct is an agreement of rules, responsibilities and practices each player must agree too and participate in with AcademkyKicks organisation. This is in place to define how players and coaching staff shall  conduct themselves in order to allow for the best development of each player on and off the football pitch.

  • RESPECT ALL STAFF, REFEREES AND TEAM MATES AT ALL TIMES
     

  • RESPECT OPPOSITION AT ALL TIMES
     

  • WEAR THE AK TRAINING APPAREL WITH PRIDE 
     

  • NO TALKING WHEN THE COACH IS TALKING
     

  • GIVE YOUR BEST AT ALL TIMES
     

  • NO KICKING OR BOUNCING THE FOOTBALL WHEN THE COACH CALLS YOU IN TO START THE SESSION OR DURING THE SESSION WHEN THE COACH IS TALKING
     

  • CONDUCT YOURSELF IN THE CORRECT MANNER WHEN WEARING ACADEMYKICKS KIT IN AND OUTSIDE OF TRAINING
     

  • TURN UP ON TIME FOR TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS AND/OR MATCH DAYS SO WE AND YOU CAN PREPARE PROPERLY.
    (5P’s) PRIOR - PLANNING - PREVENTS - POOR - PERFORMANCE
     

  • EVERYONE MUST WEAR TRAINING KIT TO ALL TRAINING SESSIONS AND FIXTURES
     

  • TALK TO SOMEONE I TRUST OR THE CLUB WELFARE OFFICER IF IM UNHAPPY ABOUT ANYTHING AT MY CLUB
     

  • HAVE FUN, MAKE FRIENDS AND ENJOY THIS EDUCATION

If any player or coach is in breach of this code then they will no longer be allowed to be part of the AcademyKicks programme.
